This is communication gap was no doubt unintentional and is easily fixed though, and with their focus on customer service and satisfaction, I suspect they'll make an effort to do so."

People who own cars generally have jobs and thus can't be there 8-5! On the plus side, they have a dvd player and one kids movie, so I can park my toddler in the waiting room without too much whining and fussing. That's a big plus for us working moms."
